Reviko Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how 77 Studio LLC, operating Reviko (“Reviko,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information.

1. Eligibility and Scope

Reviko is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

This Policy applies to Reviko websites, applications, loyalty programs powered by Reviko, digital loyalty passes generated through Reviko, Merchant dashboards, and related services.

2. Our Role

Reviko is a technology platform serving participating Merchants. Depending on the context, Reviko may process personal information for its own business purposes or on behalf of a Merchant operating a loyalty program.

Participating Merchants may have their own privacy notices and legal obligations.

3. Information We Collect

Customer Information

• name;
• email address;
• telephone number;
• user identifiers;
• loyalty program membership information.

Loyalty Activity

• visits;
• points;
• rewards;
• stamps;
• redemption history;
• enrollment dates;
• membership status;
• participating Merchant.

Device and Technical Information

• IP address;
• browser type;
• operating system;
• device type;
• authentication records;
• security logs;
• access timestamps;
• usage and event information.

Merchant Information

• business name;
• contact information;
• authorized representatives;
• locations;
• logos and branding;
• loyalty program configuration;
• billing and subscription information.

4. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• create and manage accounts;
• enroll Customers in loyalty programs;
• operate loyalty memberships;
• record visits, points, and rewards;
• process redemptions;
• issue and update digital loyalty passes;
• authenticate users;
• process subscription payments;
• provide transactional email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other service communications;
• prevent fraud and maintain security;
• provide support;
• manage Merchants;
• perform analytics;
• improve Reviko;
• comply with legal obligations; and
• enforce our agreements.

5. Service Providers and Technology Partners

Reviko currently uses or plans to use service providers that may process information on our behalf, including:

Providers may change as Reviko evolves. We will update this Policy when a material change affects how personal information is handled.

6. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet

When a Customer chooses to add a loyalty pass to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, Reviko may provide information necessary to issue, identify, display, manage, or update that pass.

Apple and Google operate independently and process information under their own privacy policies and terms.

7. Merchants

Information relating to a Customer’s participation in a Merchant’s loyalty program may be accessible to that Merchant.

Reviko is designed so unrelated Merchants should not receive access through the platform to Customer data belonging exclusively to another Merchant.

8. Messaging

Reviko may facilitate email, SMS, WhatsApp, or similar communications.

Transactional or service communications may be sent as necessary to operate the service. Marketing communications must be supported by applicable consent or another lawful basis and may be subject to Merchant-specific terms.

9. Analytics

Reviko may use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand product usage, improve performance, diagnose errors, and measure product engagement.

Where required by applicable law, Reviko will provide appropriate cookie or tracking controls.

10. How We Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information:

• to the Merchant whose loyalty program the Customer joined;
• to service providers acting on our behalf;
• when required by law or lawful process;
• to protect rights, safety, security, or the integrity of the service; or
• in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of business assets, subject to applicable law.

11. Sale of Personal Information

Reviko does not intend to operate as a data broker and does not sell Customer personal information as part of its ordinary business model.

If our practices materially change, we will update this Policy and provide legally required choices.

12. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Reviko, maintain business and security records, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Information may then be deleted or de-identified.

13. Security

Reviko uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No digital system can guarantee absolute security.

14. Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to request:

• access to personal information;
• correction;
• deletion;
• portability;
• information about disclosures;
• withdrawal of certain consent;
• opt-out of certain forms of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling where applicable; and
• review or appeal of certain privacy decisions where required by law.

15. California Privacy Rights

Where California privacy law applies, California residents may have rights including the Right to Know, Right to Delete, Right to Correct, Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing, Right to Limit certain uses of Sensitive Personal Information where applicable, and Right to Non-Discrimination.

Reviko does not currently intend to sell personal information.

16. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion at https://reviko.io/delete-account or by contacting privacy@reviko.io.

We may retain information where reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or other lawful purposes.

17. International Processing

Reviko is operated by a United States company. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

18. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Reviko may use cookies, local storage, analytics tools, and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, product functionality, and analytics.

19. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means.
